And then there's google ;  did you know that  before google used to be a simple internet search engine , but now it’s a famous world wide company, which created google earth ; that uses train planes automobiles to take pictures of the world. They mix them to create images. It's  an application, which there is a map of the world, (the tool) it used to search places ansd we can see the world. This an app use all around the world to have news of the world. If you want to go soewhere google maps can help your way easily. On the one hand, it’s a good thing ; moreover everybody have phones today to use it. And if you are too poor to travel all around the world you can travel by google street views free, But on the other hand many people are nervous because google earth takes photos of your house. Criminals can use them to burgle your home, you can check on the world behind your desk. In my opinion Google is too powerful, google ot’s excluding its competitor websites, they stole  informations, so i think google earth can be a good thing when it used correctly.

Secondly, today there is a series of websites and applications that allows people to share informations, ideas, opinions, interrests everyday lije , photos and videos. The way we interact with people changing faster than we can imagine, people are loosing contact with other people ; the average person spends 4 years of their life on their phone. Social media wensite  maybe are making us more social because it allows us to keep contact with your friends , maybe less because you are more involved with your phone, we loose contacts. People prefer sending messages. Social media has positive and negative aspects it depends on  how we decide to use it.

And finally , there's the fake news, did you know that  25°/° of high school students are no able to tell the difference between real and true, people believe fake news because they think internet doesn’t lie, people publish what they want. For example one day, a gunman went into a pizza restaurant and he shot because he thought Hillary Clinton was the head of a child abuse ring in this restaurant ; all of this happened because he read a fake news story in the social networks and he believed it. Before itw as difficult to spread fake news because newspaper were regulated but now with social media it’s more easy.

To sum up in my opinion the web can have a good or a bad influence on today’s society it depends how we use it. When you use Social merdia for exampke to keep contact with people who are very far from you it’s positive for you. But in a society where everyone is using their phone it’s bad thig because we no longer benefit of people next to us. After, fake ews can have a bad influence on the society because we belive it so we must verify the source of the information. Finally we can decide to use web in the rifht way to limit their negative aspets in the society.

Merci

Bonsoir,

And then there's Google.  Did you know that before Google used to be a simple Internet search engine, but now it’s a famous world wide company which created  Google Earth that uses train drivers, plane pilots and automobile drivers use to take pictures of the world. <Jamais d'inversion sujet-verbe en anglais mais >> le sujet toujours devant le verbe They mix them to create images. It's  an application which there is displays a map of the world, (the tool) it is used to search places ansd so that <(= si bien que) we can see the world. In my opinion Google is too powerful, google ot’s is excluding its website competitors, (1) they stole  informations, so I think google earth can be a good thing when it is used (2) correctly.

Secondly, today there is a series of websites and applications that allows < Le sujet est pluriel => pas de -s au verbe people to share informations, ideas, opinions, interests in everyday life, photos and videos. The way we interact with people changing faster than we can imagine, people are loosing contact with other people ; the average person spends 4 years of their life on their phone. Before it was difficult to spread fake news because newspapers were regulated but now with social media it’s more easy easier.

To sum up in my opinion the web can have a good or a bad influence on today’s society. Nouvelle phrase> It depends on how we use it. Remarques :

Merci ;

William Shakespeare.

William Shakespeare is still famous today  because he was, and still is,  one of the best known writers in the English language. Shakespeare was born in Stratford-upon-Avon, England. He got married at 18 and had children (Hamnet, Shakespeare’s only son, died 11 years later). And then, Shakespeare moved to London, and became a rather famous actor there. He also wrote plays which everyone, rich and poor, even royalty, paid to watch. Then, Shakespeare was rich enough to help build a new theatre, called ‘The Globe’ in 1599 (The King's Men). Shakespeare wrote many different types of plays, for example with :  Sad tragedies like Romeo and Juliet in 1597 (or Macbeth and Hamlet) , funny comedies like A Midsummer Night's Dream and important histories about kings like Henry V.

He also wrote poetry and invented new words like « assassination », or « bedroom ». He truly changed the way we speak English. Shakespeare is one of the most influential English-language writers, and he is estimated to have contributed over 2,700 words to the language. His works consist of some 38 plays, 154 sonnets and several other poems(over 158 poems) His plays have been translated into every major modern language, and his plays have been performed more than any other playwright in history. Shakespeare died in Stratford-on-Avon on April 23, 1616, but his name, plays and poetry are still known all over the world today. Students learn about him at school and at university. People come from many countries to see where he lived and his plays are just as popular now as when they were first performed all those years ago. Today, Shakespeare’s plays are performed all over the world.  Teachers in most English countries have been teaching his plays to students in their classrooms for a long time.  They have also been made into many movies throughout the years.  It seems Shakespeare’s reputation as a great writer will live on forever.
