Bonjour, bonsoir,
Mon devoir en anglais est de décrire ces trois documents (attention, c'est de la finance). J'ai tenté de le faire mais ce n'est pas facile d'interpréter.
J'aurai besoin d'une petite correction s'il vous plaît pour savoir où sont les fautes ? Ou si j'ai mal interpréter ?

LIONESS CLUB – ADMINISTRATIVE FUND :

The document which entitled « LIONESS CLUB ADMINISTRATIVE FUND » is a balance about Lioness Club for the year ended june 30 on 2012 and budget for the year ending june 30 in 2013. 
We can see a lot of « catégories » like « receipts with the total, disbursements with the total. All amounts are in dollars. 
We have three « colonnes ». Two colonnes about the year ended june 30 in 2012  where first, the budget and secondary, actual. Then, right, we can see 
The difference about total disbursementsand total receipts is 375 dollars between 2012 and 2013 buget  in 2013. 
The general fund bank balance at end of year is 3511 dollars. 
The general fund bank balance at the end of year is the difference between the amount of the general fund bank balance at beginning of year and the amount of excess receipts for the year so 4744.48 dollars

LIONESS CLUB – WELFARE FUND :

The difference about total disbursementsand total receipts is only 25 dollars between 2012 and 2013
The balance at the end of year is the difference between the amount of the balance at beginning of year and the amount of excess receipts for the year so 4744.48 dollars

Lions Activities Budget 2012-2013 :

The document which is entitled « Lions Activities Budgets 2012-2013 » deals with activities budget with donations. For example, we have donations for lions saving kids Sight endowment where the amount is 300 dollars. 
The total donations is 4900 dollars.
