2. If Ms Smith (not to complain) about the award, there would not have been an appeal.
 If Ms Smith had not complained about the award, there would not have been an appeal. OK

3. If a company is taken to court for discrimination, the judges’ decision (to be) in favour of the plaintiff.
 If a company is taken to court for discrimination, the judges’ decision would will be in favour of the plaintiff < idem 1

Au past perfect dans la subordonnée correspond le past conditional dans la principale. Ces concordances des temps fonctionnent exactement comme en français.

J'en viens à me demander si oui ou non tu maîtrises les concordances des temps en français.

Je vous remercie pour vos réponses.

La raison qui me pousse à poster sur plusieurs forums est que personne me donne la même réponse, j'en viens donc à me demander quelle est réellement la bonne réponse, je pense que c'est compréhensible. 

Je pense évidemment maîtriser les concordances des temps en français, D'ailleurs, au regard de votre correction je me rends compte que j'avais la bonne réponse à de nombreuses phrases que j'ai du modifier par le fait qu'on m'a dit sur un autre forum que c'était faux.

Je pense évidemment maîtriser les concordances des temps en français, < Tu le penses ou tu en es sûre ? Ce n'est pas nécessairement la même chose. D'ailleurs, au regard de votre correction je me rends compte que j'avais la bonne réponse à de nombreuses phrases que j'ai du modifier par le fait qu'on m'a dit sur un autre forum que c'était faux. Dans ce cas, il te faut essayer de faire davantage confiance à tes connaissances. ;)
