Je vous montre un "tout-début" laborieux : "Jack the Ripper" I have decided to talk about “Jack the Ripper”, the name who had become the most infamous in the annals of murder in England. Jack the Ripper is the popular name given to a serial killer who killed five prostitutes in the East End of London in 1888, more precisely in Whitechapel. In the years 1888-1891 the name was regarded with terror by the residents of London, and that for a lot of reason : Firstly the crimes was particularly violent...
Jack the Ripper I have decided to talk about “Jack the Ripper”, the name who had become the most infamous in the annals of murder in England, a serial killer murdered and mutilated at least a lot of prostitutes in the East End of London in eighteen eighty eight (1888). There is some dispute concerning how many victims Jack The Ripper claimed. Some believe that he killed only four prostitutes during his spree, while others think that he may have killed as many as nine. It is generally accepted that there were five. The officials victims were Mary Ann Nichols on August thirty one (31), Annie Chapman on September eight (8), Elizabeth Stride and Catherine Eddowes on September thirty (30) and Mary Jane Kelly on November nine (9) . Immediately after the latest murder a “blood message” was wrote against a wall, it was at this time that the panic was at its height and the notoriety of the murders was becoming truly international, the newspapers were carrying theories as to the identity of the killer. Many descriptions were proposed such as a popular image of the killer as a man in dark clothing with a slouch hat. The Ripper generally killed by strangling his victims, then laying them down and cutting the arteries in their throats; this was followed by a varied process of mutilation, during which parts of the body were removed and kept. Because Jack did this quickly, often in the dark, and because he seemed to have great anatomical knowledge, people have assumed the Ripper was a doctor. In eighteen ninety four (1894), Sir Melville Macnaghten, who was the chief of the police, wrote a confidential report in which he names the three top suspects. The principal suspect was Montague Jhon Druitt because he committed suicide in December eighteen eighty eight (1888). The name of Macnaghten's second suspect was confirmed as Aaron Kosminiski identified by a witness as the Ripper, but no charges were brought against him. Dr. Francis Tumblety was the latest serious suspect, only because he was particularly a very good doctor. During the autumn and winter of eighteen eighty nine (1888/89) a number of letters circulated among the police and newspapers, all claiming to be from the “Whitechapel murderer” but it couldn't be proved, besides the Ripper's identity has never been established. Over the years the mystery has deepened to the degree that the truth is almost totally obscured. Innumerable press stories, pamphlets, books, plays, films, and even musicals have dramatized the facts.

: Over the years the mystery has deepened to the degree that the truth is almost totally obscured. Innumerable press stories, pamphlets, books, plays... have dramatized the facts, such as the film “From Hell” [dont je vais maintenant vous montrer la bande annonce] D'avance merci.
