Some parts of the song are difficult to understand. The difficulty of the song comes from the meaning of the sentences that are full of historical references. Sometimes these references aren't very clear.
Moreover, the grammar is not standard English. For example: "one man come" instead of "one man comes"...."one man he resist" instead of "one man resists". Another difficulty of the song is the expression "one man". It may refer to several different people, it isn't sometimes very clear. This is why there may be several interpretations.
The first verse is about a man who comes and goes. Without further explanations, this verse seems to speak about Jesus. Jesus came to save mankind and was crucified.
In the chorus, "what more in the name of love" means that there isn't a bigger sacrifice
bythan giving his life for the name of love.The second verse is more difficult to understand. The barbed wire fence refers to war. I don't know any man who was
barbed with a wire fence (ça sonne faux/bizarre)tied up with barbed wire. <(attaché/ligoté avec du fil de fer barbelé. Si c'est ce que tu as voulu dire.)It might be a metaphor. In this case there can be several explanations. For example, it might refer to Jesus and his crown of thorns.

The last sentence of the verse “One man betrayed with a kiss” refers clearly to Judas identifying Jesus to roman soldiers by giving him a kiss.
The third verse speaks clearly about Martin Luther King who was assassinated on 4 April. Bono made a mistake because King was shot in the evening and not in the morning. The band admitted the error.
The last sentence of the verse is "they could not take your pride". The word “pride” is also the title of the song. In current language, this word has two main meanings: a bad sense or a good sense.

Consigne:
Le réalisateur croise pile la personne qu'il cherchait, c'est une coïncidence, devant l'entrée du collège un lundi matin.
A priori il faut utiliser le passé composé mais je n'en suis plus sûr.
Lundi, je suis arrivé en retard au collège car papa est parti travailler en
emmenant(*) emportant les clés de voiture de maman. (*) emmener ne s'emploie que pour des êtres animés, personnes ou animaux
emporter s'emploie donc pour des choses inanimées
En effet, la veille, il avait utilisé la voiture de maman pour aller récupérer un "drive" et machinalement, à son retour, il avait rangé les clés dans la poche de son blouson.
Bref, ce jour-là, maman n'a pas pu me conduire au collège et j'ai donc dû m'y rendre à pied
s.< même si nous en avons deux, cette locution s'emploie toujours au singulierArrivé au collège, j'ai trouvé porte close et j'ai attendu que Mme Razi ouvre la porte pour les élèves commençant à 9h.
Ça faisait 5 minutes que je patientais dans le froid lorsque j'ai aperçu, à l'angle de la rue, une limousine blanche.
Intérieurement, je me suis dit :

Mes parents ont, bien sûr, tout de suite donné leur accord et aujourd'hui je suis en train de vivre un rêve en faisant mes premiers pas dans le monde du cinéma.
Pouvez-vous le corriger notamment pour la concordance des temps s'il vous plaît ? J'ai eu du mal à utiliser le passé composé. J'avais commencé au passé simple et j'ai retravaillé le texte avec le passé composé comme demandé par le professeur. Merci de votre aide c'est pour demain. Lucas

En tous cas, je n'en ai jamais entendu parler.
Par contre, il existe des politiques régionales.
Je ne refuse pas de t'aider mais tu dois comprendre que je ne suis pas du tout spécialiste du monde politique.

Today, I'm going to speak about the song "Pride" from U2
U2 is an Irish rock band from Dublin the capital of Ireland. The band was formed in 1976 when the members were teenagers. The band had several member changes before becoming in 1978 the current band we know.
The members of the band are : Paul David Hewson, David Howell Evans, Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen Junior.
I am going to give you some information about them.
Paul David Hewson. He is the lead vocalist. He also plays guitar. His stage name is Bono, The name Bono was a type of hearing aid. It means good voice in Latin.
Bono was born on 10 May 1960. He married Alison Stewart, he met at school. Alison became an Irish activist and businesswoman. The couple have four children together. Bono is known for doing a lot of charity work and social action. For this, he was named Time Person of the Year in 2005.
Another member of the band is David Howell Evans well known as “the Edge”. He is the guitarist, the backing vocalist and the keyboardist of the band. He was born on 8 August 1961. He received piano and guitar lessons with his brother, Dik Evans. At first, Dik was another member of the band but he got out of it.
Adam Clayton is the third member. He is the bassist for the band. He was born on 13 March 1960. He started playing guitar when he was a teenager. He joined the other members of the future U2 band at the same time.
The last member of the band is Larry Mullen Junior. He was born on 31 October 1961. He is the drummer of the band. Besides U2, Larry has worked with other musicians, for example B.B. King, a famous American blues guitarist and singer who died in 2015.
All the members of U2 are still alive and active. The band has produced more than 200 songs, sold over 200 million albums and won numerous awards, including 22 Grammys. Their first album, Boy, was released in 1980.
The style of U2 takes influence from artists like “The Beatles” or “The Who”.
Some famous artists and bands such as “One Republic” or “Coldplay” said that they have been influenced by the work of the Irish band.
The band worked with artists like Bob Dylan, Green Day or Bruce Springsteen.
The band is also known for their fight against AIDS and extreme poverty in Africa. Moreover they are against violence and terrorism and in favor of a peaceful solution to the conflict. Finally it's interesting to know that three of the members are deeply Christian and many of the songs have an implicit or explicit Christian message.
